Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable reservation deposit equal to 20% of the selected collection is required to reserve participation in French Quarter Vows & Vibes™.

Reservation deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and secure one of only twenty (20) available couple experiences.

A reservation is not considered confirmed until:

• The reservation deposit has been received.
• The Participation Agreement has been signed.
• All requested registration information has been submitted.

The remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly installments based on the participant's registration date.

All balances must be paid in full no later than February 1, 2027.

Failure to remain current on scheduled payments may result in cancellation of participation at the sole discretion of Cindy J. Presents.

All payments made toward this event are final, non-refundable, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-creditable.

No refunds, credits, or future event transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

Participant cancellations do not release the participant from financial obligations associated with the selected collection.

No refunds will be issued due to:

• Cancellation
• Change of mind
• Relationship changes
• Divorce or separation
• Illness
• Pregnancy
• Family emergencies
• Travel delays
• Missed flights
• Weather affecting travel
• Scheduling conflicts
• Failure to attend
• Any circumstance beyond the participant's control

Participants may upgrade their collection at any time, subject to availability.

Downgrades are permitted only within thirty (30) calendar days of the original reservation deposit.

After thirty (30) days:

• No downgrades
• No package reductions
• No removal of included services
• No reduction in guest benefits

Celebration Passes, VIP Celebration Passes, Reserved Tables, and VIP Tables are subject to availability.

Guest tickets are sold on a first-paid, first-served basis.

All Celebration Pass purchases are final.

No refunds will be issued for unused guest tickets.

Children are not permitted.

All reception guests must be 21 years of age or older.

Hotel accommodations are not included unless specifically stated within the selected collection.

Participants are responsible for booking accommodations through the official event room block.

French Quarter Vows & Vibes™ is not responsible for:

• Hotel availability
• Hotel pricing changes
• Additional hotel fees
• Incidental charges
• Parking fees
• Resort fees

Participants are responsible for:

• Airfare
• Ground transportation
• Airport transfers
• Parking
• Travel insurance
• Hotel accommodations (unless otherwise stated)

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance.

Participants are responsible for obtaining all wedding attire, accessories, and alterations unless expressly included in their selected collection.

Participants enrolled in the Canal Royale™ Collection who elect to use the $1,500 Sweet Magnolia's Bridal Dress Credit must complete their gown selection and execute all required design agreements no later than December 15, 2026.

The $1,500 Sweet Magnolia's Bridal Dress Credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, may not be transferred to another participant, may not be applied to future purchases, and must be used exclusively toward the participant's custom Sweet Magnolia's Bridal gown for French Quarter Vows & Vibes™ Season 1. The credit expires after December 15, 2026, if not redeemed.

Final alterations, pressing, steaming, accessories, shipping, and any costs exceeding the dress credit are not included unless otherwise stated in writing.

Failure to complete gown selection by the deadline may result in limited fabric availability, production limitations, or forfeiture of the dress credit without refund, credit, or extension.

Production of all custom garments will begin only after required measurements, design approvals, and applicable payments have been received.

Sweet Magnolia's Bridal is not responsible for production delays resulting from:

• Missed appointments
• Late measurements
• Delayed approvals
• Delayed communication
• Client-requested changes

Participants agree to arrive on time for all scheduled consultations, photography, ceremony, reception, and group activities.

Late arrivals may result in shortened experiences without refund or credit.

Participation constitutes permission for Cindy J. Presents, Sweet Magnolia's Bridal, event sponsors, photographers, videographers, and affiliated vendors to photograph, film, and record participants and guests.

Images and recordings may be used for advertising, marketing, television, streaming, print media, websites, social media, and future promotions without additional compensation.

Alcoholic beverages will only be served to guests 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued identification.

French Quarter Vows & Vibes™ reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any visibly intoxicated individual.

Participants and guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the event.

French Quarter Vows & Vibes™ reserves the right to remove any participant or guest whose behavior is:

• Disruptive
• Abusive
• Threatening
• Harassing
• Illegal
• Disorderly
• Intoxicated to the point of endangering themselves or others

Removal from the event does not entitle the participant or guest to any refund or credit.

French Quarter Vows & Vibes™, Cindy J. Presents, Sweet Magnolia's Bridal, and affiliated vendors shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Hurricanes
• Flooding
• Natural disasters
• Pandemics
• Government restrictions
• Civil unrest
• Terrorism
• Labor strikes
• Utility failures
• Venue closures
• Acts of God

French Quarter Vows & Vibes™ reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or if minimum operational requirements are not met.

If the event is canceled by Cindy J. Presents for reasons other than Force Majeure, participants will be notified of available options, which may include transfer to a rescheduled event or another remedy determined by the organizer.

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel and participation in the event.

French Quarter Vows & Vibes™, Cindy J. Presents, Sweet Magnolia's Bridal, and affiliated vendors are not responsible for personal injury, illness, theft, lost luggage, lost or damaged personal property, travel interruptions, or transportation delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Cindy J. Presents, Sweet Magnolia's Bridal, and their officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not exceed the total amount paid by the participant for the selected collection.

Under no circumstances shall Cindy J. Presents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of participation in the event.

Participants agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services provided under these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Cindy J. Presents reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of unpaid balances, chargeback fees, collection costs, court costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees where permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Participation Agreement and any written addenda signed by both parties, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Cindy J. Presents regarding French Quarter Vows & Vibes™.

No verbal statements or prior communications shall modify these Terms & Conditions unless confirmed in writing by Cindy J. Presents.
